Upon receipt of your information via our
online or paper forms, your file will be assigned to a file
manager. This person will be your point of contact during
the entire licensing process. During the first few
days your file manager will be responsible for the
following:

Researching your professional history to obtain information required to
verify your credentials

Preparing your state board application

Preparing a list of all required
credential verifications

Shipping the completed application to
you
Once you receive the application, you will
need to sign it, attach a check or money order in the amount
of the Boards application fee, and then ship
it to the medical board via the postage paid envelope that
will be included. Next your file manager will begin the
credentialing phase of the process. During the next 2 to 3
days your file manager will be responsible for the following:

enough time to pass for each facility to receive your
credential verification request before beginning the
follow-up phase of the medical licensing process. During
